Glenn Kauffman
Lead Pastor
Glenn Kauffman serves as Lead Pastor at CCF and as Bishop to the cluster of seven churches in the Washington-Baltimore district to which CCF belongs. Pastor Glenn and his wife, June, served as missionaries in Hong Kong for 15 years with Eastern Mennonite Missions until 2008 helping to prepare local leaders to assume the full responsibility of church leadership. Glenn has also served in various international missions leadership and training roles.
Pastor Glenn carries deeply the CCF mission statement to love God, love people, and lives as disciples and reminds all that living as disciples of Jesus means we are called to minister in the way Jesus did to others.
Glenn and June live in Laurel, Maryland and are parents to two adult children, Lia and Austin. Glenn and Austin are ardent Ravens and Orioles fans.

Akeia Haddox-Rossiter
Executive Pastor
Akeia Haddox-Rossiter is the Executive Pastor of CCF. She has a heart for seeking and serving God and a passion for evangelism. Through outreach and local mission at CCF, partners and friends are encouraged and empowered to be Christ’s hands and feet throughout the footprint of the Washington-Lanham area.
Pastor Akeia utilizes her background and education in event planning, community activism, photography, and hospitality for the building of God’s Kingdom on Earth. She believes that obedience to God’s calling is vital to those who wish to follow Jesus.
Originally from Moore, Oklahoma, with strong ties to Manhattan, Kansas, Pastor Akeia is an Eastern Mennonite University STEP graduate and serves as the Vice-Chair for the Eastern Mennonite Missions Board. She and her husband Paris have three children and live in Washington, DC.

Scott Phillips
Director of Adult Discipleship
Scott Phillips currently serves as the Adult Discipleship Director at CCF. With over 35 years of experience in multiple ministries, Scott has a passion to equip, educate and encourage others into discipleship and a closer relationship with Christ. As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Scott has been involved in ministry around the world and has an intense desire to impact the lives of believers from children to adults for the Kingdom of God. Along with his knowledge and experience in current information technology and deep devotion and diligence to scripture, Scott strives to bring the Gospel message to CCF and others impacted by our outreach in a relevant and dynamic way. Through multiple platforms, Scott’s desire is to prepare every believer to be an active and vital part of building God’s kingdom here and now.
Scott has been married to his wife (Elizzabeth) since 1982 with two adult children and eight grand-children. He currently resides in Bowie MD and has other commitments to the community.

Melissa Richardson
Director of Care and Counseling
Melissa Richardson has served in multiple capacities within Christian ministry to include Bible teaching, speaker at Christian and non-Christian events, life coaching and pastoral care counseling to facilitate emotional and spiritual well-being.
Melissa is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the International Congress of Churches and Ministries. She is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, possesses both a BS and MBA degrees, and a MA in Theological Studies and Social Justice.
She and her husband, Donald, have been married 32 years. They are the parents of three adult children and four grandchildren.
