Waiver and Permission for 
 High School Lock in
August 9th & 10th

Parents of CCF High Schoolers
         Beginning on Friday  August 9th @ 5pm our rising high school students -Graduating Seniors are invited to participate in our lock in. Students will spend the Night at CCF and wake up on Saturday  Morning  on August 10th. Students must depart by 2pm
Throughout our time together we will be leaning into what it looks like to worship the Father in Spirit & In Truth. Students will worship together & break up into small groups to pray for each other.
    This night will also be the final send off for our H.S. graduates and we will commemorate that with a voluntary foot washing ceremony.
      When the lights go out our girls will sleep upstairs while our guys will sleep downstairs. . If parents desire to pick up their students early on Friday night or Saturday morning please coordinate  with Pastor Joseph.
     Parents we encourage you to help provide snacks & drinks for our time together. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to know how you can help.

By submitting this form I consent to the Child(ren) above to participate in the CCF Lock in that will be facilitated by CCF staff and/or volunteers. I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE CAPITAL CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP it’s volunteers, and/ or participants FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE CHILD(REN) NAMED ABOVE, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE CHILD(REN) named above, including, but not limited to, death or damage to property, Caused or alleged to be caused , in whole or in part, by the negligence of the child named above or otherwise. .
