CCF Youth DC & Park Outing

Dear Parents,
On  Saturday. October 26th our Middle & High School students will be heading to DC to visit all the monuments on the National Mall. When we return, we will walk from the metro station to lake artemisia and Indian creek park in Berwyn heights, MD. Students are to be picked up by 5:30pm.
Transportation
We are asking all students to meet at College Park Metro Station Kiss & Ride @10:00am  to depart at 10:30am & carpool together to the park. Students must be picked up from Indian Creek by 5:30pm.
What do my children need?
Food
We encourage students to pack and bring their own lunch along with extra snacks & water as we plan on eating together on the national mall.
Money
We will provide Smart Trip cards for all that need them. Students will need to bring funds to add money to their smart trip cards. Students can opt to bring money for food & snacks as food trucks will be available along our route.
 Park Address
You will find many different addresses online for Indian Creek/Lake Artemisia. For pick up  purposes we will be near the playground.
